ECO LifeStyle Homes Advanced Residential Building Systems
ECO building systems consist of a Steel Frame “Pre-Panelized” System as a first part of a complete wall and roof assembly system and a state-of-the-art Ceramic insulation and thermal barrier coating which provides new levels of heat loss reduction, stops 97% of Infra-Red passing through the wall from the inside or outside, which is a major cause of heat loss or gain in a house, provides an A1 fire rating to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, and vapor barriers to construction. This superior frame, insulation, and coating component may be supplemented with bio-degradable, open-cell sprayed on foam for additional insulation and the most sophisticated thermal, UV, and light transmission window systems ever made, the Zo-e-shield Window, for even more levels of thermal and UV insulation.
ECO builds any home design by forming the steel, assembling the wall, floor, and roof components in the ECO Assembly Plants, and adding the Ceramics, insulation, and windows, as well as any of a long list of other features with the finished components taken to the building site for final assembly. The finished product is an unusually precise, strong, and rapidly built home, made up of superior technologies, provided at comparable costs to regular, stick-built, wood homes with standard insulation, the most truly Green built home available anywhere.
US CODE ACCEPTANCE
• Steel framing is recognized by all major building codes.
• A set of prescriptive methods for residential steel
framing was adopted by the International Residential
Code (IRC 2000 and 2003).
• The prescriptive methods contain tables for stud sizing
and spacing, joist and rafter spans, fastener schedules
and construction details.
• In areas that have adopted these recent codes, the
prescriptive methods will allow construction of site built
framed steel homes without the certification of a
professional engineer.
• Otherwise, a professional engineer may be required to
design, review and seal plans.
• The American Iron and Steel Institute has also
produced several ANSI accredited standards for the
design and construction of light gauge steel framing
(refer to www.steelframing.org for the Standard for
Cold-Formed Steel Framing, Prescriptive Method for
One and Two Family Dwellings).

ECO Panelized Systems add quality to the home-building process! Panels, trusses and joists are factory-built where materials are sheltered from theft, weather and vandalism. The building package is then shipped to the customer in one container and ready to be assembled on a conventional foundation.
First time contractor buyers and DIY owner builders will require assembly assistance, training and certification. This is a one time fee for 5 days of training and certification.
US certification is $5,000 plus $1000 for travel and accommodations.
Caribbean Islands is $6,000 plus $1,500 for travel and accommodations.
European Union (EU) is $8,000 plus $2,500 for travel and accommodations.
Asia is $9,000 plus $3,000 for travel and accommodations.
Africa is $10,000 plus $3,000 for travel and accommodations.
Middle East is $15,000 plus $5,000 for travel and accommodations.
Additional training days are $400 plus $150 for accommodations.
